Who we are

What we collect

• What you type into our enquiry form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
• What you send us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data that our hosting providers log to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
• Anonymous visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you personally.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.
• To carry out and follow up on any work you ask us to do.
• To keep the site working, secure and useful.

We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Artificial intelligence

We do not currently use artificial intelligence or large language model (LLM) services to process the information you submit. If that changes, we will update this policy before we start.

Third-party services on this site

• Google Maps on the contact page and Google Fonts site-wide: Google receives your IP address when these load and may set its own cookies.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to message us, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply.
• Hosting: the website is served by Vercel, and enquiries are stored in a database run by Railway on servers in the United States.
• Email notification: when you send an enquiry, its details are emailed to our team through Resend, an email delivery service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for three years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If your enquiry becomes an order, the related business records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@geofurnaces.in. We will respond within 30 days.

Where your data is stored

Our hosting providers store and process data outside India, in the United States, on servers protected with industry-standard security.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond.
