    About us

Engineers for the furnace you already have.

Geo Furnaces has worked on heat-treatment furnaces from Kolkata since 2007: diagnosing them, designing the fix and seeing it through.

    How we work

Most of what we do happens before anything is built.

Measuring how a furnace really behaves, working out why it's failing a part, designing the fix and specifying every component: that is the work.

We stay with the job through build, commissioning, trials and the uniformity survey, and we're answerable for the result.

We work with plants whose parts depend on critical heat treatment: gears and transmissions, bearings, railway and defence components, special steels, aluminium, coated strip, wire rod and castings.

The heating elements we specify come from Kanthal and other established makers, matched to each furnace's temperature and atmosphere.

What you can hold us to

Six commitments, checkable on any job.

    Measure before we recommend

No fix is proposed until we know what's causing the problem.

    Engineered to your process

Every design starts from your parts, cycle and atmosphere, never from a catalogue.

    One team, start to finish

The same team from the first site visit to the final survey, answerable for the result.

    Proof before handover

Uniformity surveys and staged trials, with the results documented for you.

    Designed for lifetime cost

Sized and specified for what the furnace costs to run, not only what it costs to buy.

    Electric where it fits

Electrification when it suits your process, and a straight answer when it doesn't.
